Jenn Tran ‘so betrayed’ by Devin Strader’s text message leaks

Jenn Tran has some kind words for Devin Strader after his little Instagram confession. On September 10, Devin published a long video on IG in which he shared his side of the relationship after The Bachelorette.

To support his version of the story, Devin shared several screenshots of text conversations between him and Jenn. Apparently, he shared these screenshots without Jenn's permission or knowledge.

He deleted the video shortly after it was posted, but was unable to prevent its reproduction and re-distribution. Now, shortly after it caught media attention, Jenn has responded to the whole matter.

Jenn Tran admits she didn't watch Devin Strader's entire video

Jenn appeared on the September 12 episode of The Viall Files and talked about her reaction to Devin's video. “I have no idea why someone would do something like that, let alone someone I was engaged to,” she said.

“When you get engaged to someone [or] when you go out with someone, your first thought is never, 'Oh my God, these texts could be out there for the whole world to see.' It's such an invasion of privacy.” She added: “I felt so betrayed, so disrespected and, frankly, just upset and disappointed.”

She made it clear what her biggest issue with the video is. “I don't have a problem with him going out there and saying what he needs to say, but I do have a problem with him invading my privacy and posting texts without telling me. [and] without telling me.” Yes, honestly, these warning signs are hard to deny.

Jenn also noted that Devin “blurred conscientious things but forgot to blur out other things that were very, very private. Like, my mom is on the internet, dude, what's up with that? That was disrespectful and I don't appreciate that at all.”

However, Jenn also revealed that she did not watch the entire video. “I don't plan on doing that. I know what's happening, I don't need to watch a 13-minute video about it,” she said. “He… wasted six months of my life; I'm not going to give him another second, let alone 13 minutes. I'm ready.” So Jenn is still single and is maintaining her stance on Devin.
