Illegal immigrant accused of murdering family of four outside Rochester – Finger Lakes Daily News

A man who police say entered the country illegally is accused of the gruesome murder of a family of four in Monroe County.

Irondequoit Police report that 34-year-old Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano is accused of murdering Fraime Ubaldo, Marangeley Moreno-Santiago, Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno and Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno at their Knapp Avenue residence on August 31.

Soriano is also reportedly wanted in the Dominican Republic, where he is originally from, for a murder that occurred in 2019. According to police, Soriano entered the island of Puerto Rico illegally and obtained a fake ID, which he then used to travel from Puerto Rico to the U.S. mainland.

Irondequoit Police say limited information is being released at this time as the investigation is ongoing. Police say they are still trying to locate additional people wanted in connection with this incident.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
