Convicted drug dealer arrested again in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A convicted drug dealer in Evansville has been arrested again on similar charges.

According to Evansville Police, officers were conducting surveillance outside the Schutte Towers when they spotted and recognized 31-year-old Chad M. Allison.

According to an affidavit, Allison had three felony and misdemeanor warrants out of Vanderburgh County, including possession of meth, theft, auto theft and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Officers said they arrested Allison and found several plastic bags containing marijuana, oxycodone and acetaminophen in his pockets.

According to EPD, Allison has previously been convicted of trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids and possession of methamphetamine.

Allison was arrested without bail and is charged with trafficking marijuana, cocaine or narcotics, failure to appear in court and a motion to revoke probation.
