Rochester man charged with public nuisance and indecency: Concord police report

CONCORD, NH — Lucas A. King, 42, of Tilton was issued a summons on an arrest warrant following an incident or investigation at Merrimack County Superior Court at 5 Court St. on August 29 at 12:27 p.m.

James M. Harrison, born 1985, of Rochester received a summons for public urination or defecation following an incident or investigation on Storrs Street at 5:05 a.m. on August 22. At 1:50 p.m., he was arrested for public nuisance or indecency following an incident or investigation at the Granite Group, 6 Storrs Street.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 22, of Concord was arrested on August 21 at 7:20 p.m. on a warrant following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. Ruharuka's January 2022 case of burglary, driving under the influence and conduct after an accident was reopened after he was sentenced to a two- to four-year prison term suspended for five years and two 12-month terms with 245 days served and a $1,200 fine. The burglary charge was dropped. Ruharuka was charged with violating his probation in September 2023, and the case has dragged on for more than a year – including multiple requests for Swahili interpreters and motions for adjournment. Jared Lacroix, born in 1993, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on August 18 for driving under the influence of alcohol, lane control violation and driving on the sidewalk following an incident/investigation at Domino's Pizza located at 202 N. Main St.

Danielle Fortin, 33, of Concord received a summons for endangering the welfare of a child following an incident or investigation in the North End/Washington Street neighborhood on August 17 at 2:04 p.m.

Kathy Mae Potter, 63, of Boscawen was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on August 6 for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault following an incident/investigation at The Post at 125 Fisherville Road.

William P. Moran, born 1974, of Concord was arrested on August 4 at 5:41 p.m. for driving under the influence and a traffic violation following an incident/investigation on Fort Eddy Road.

Benjamin C. Gaudreau, 34, of Concord was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on August 3 for driving under the influence of alcohol and a violation of operating without a registered vehicle following an incident/investigation at Shell at 24 Loudon Road.

Eric D. Lassonde, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on July 31 on a warrant following an incident or investigation on Storrs Street. On August 6, he pleaded guilty to illegal possession of a dangerous weapon and received a sentence of three and a half to seven years in prison, suspended for 10 years. Lassonde also faces charges of illegal possession of drugs in Concord since August 14. He was arraigned on August 21 and held on $5,000 bail. He is due back in court on November 21.

Clifford Frank Atwater, born in 1958, of Loudon was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on July 30 for simple assault, loitering and invasion of privacy following an incident and investigation at the Hannaford Supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
