Robert F. Kennedy has announced that Charlie Hunnam will direct the third season of his Netflix anthology series Monster.

The main roles in the first season of the series were played by Evan Peters as serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and the second season is about the Menendez brothers, who killed their parents.

Ryan announced the news about the third season at the premiere event for the second season on Monday evening (September 16) in Los Angeles.

diversity reported that Charlie will play serial killer Ed Gein, known as the “Butcher of Plainfield.” He famously exhumed the bodies of dead people from local cemeteries and made all sorts of objects out of the corpses' skin and bones. He also confessed to killing two women.

Charlie was recently announced as the star of an upcoming Prime Video series based on a popular graphic novel.
