In the latest season of the dance competition show, Amendola competes against some fellow New Englanders, including Ilona Maher of Vermont and Massachusetts native Stephen Nedoroscik.

Sports betting website VegasInsider has calculated the odds of winning for all the contestants on this season of “Dancing with the Stars,” and two-time Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola is one of the favorites.

Experts at VegasInsider said Amendola is the third-best favorite to win the Mirrorball Cup at 6:1 odds. That means they believe Amendola has about a 14% chance of winning. The site's top two favorites are Stephen Nedoroscik and Dwight Howard.
