Motorcyclist killed in crash on US Highway 2 near Airway Heights | News from Spokane

AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Washington – A motorcyclist was killed after a collision with a car on U.S. Highway 2 near Airway Heights.

According to a Washington State Patrol (WSP) spokesman, the accident occurred Tuesday evening when a car attempted to turn left on US Highway 2 near mile marker 273. A man on a motorcycle was traveling eastbound and collided with the car.

WSP reported that emergency responders attempted to perform CPR, but the man later succumbed to his injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
