A former Patriots player is reportedly suspected of attacking an 82-year-old man at a Planet Fitness gym in Rhode Island last month.

According to Boston 25 News, 46-year-old Patrick Pass is facing assault charges in connection with the incident at the North Providence gym on August 28.

Police told the station that Pass, who played seven seasons for New England and won three Super Bowl titles with the team, allegedly pushed the older man during an argument over exercise equipment, causing him to fall to the ground and suffer lower back injuries.

Pass was arrested and arraigned in connection with the incident on Wednesday, WBZ reports. Bail was set at $10,000 and he was prohibited from having contact with the victim. He will appear in court again on January 8.
