Woman arrested in connection with death of two-year-old girl

A woman has been arrested in connection with the July death of a toddler. It happened on July 29 when officers were called to the 3100 block of Bracken Woods for a child unresponsive report. When officers arrived, Cincinnati Fire Department personnel took the child to Children's Hospital, where they later determined her dead. The victim was identified as 2-year-old Ah'Layla Bradley. According to court documents, investigators said the child was exposed to fentanyl and xylazine, which led to her death. On Tuesday, the Hamilton County Coroner's Office ruled the death a homicide and on Thursday, the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit and Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested 21-year-old Bethoney Miller-Williams and charged her with manslaughter and child endangerment for causing Ah'Layla Bradley's death.
