Man from Enon allegedly shot man during altercation in Dayton

His arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday.

Morgan is accused of shooting 32-year-old Korwyn Moore on September 7.

Morgan and Moore were in the 600 block of Summit Square Drive when an altercation occurred.

As Morgan drove off, he fired from the driver's side window, striking the vehicle and Moore, according to Dayton City Court documents.

Moore was admitted to Miami Valley Hospital, where he died early the next day.

According to prosecutors, witness statements and surveillance videos confirmed that an altercation occurred in the parking lot. Morgan is said to have fired several shots at Moore.

Morgan is also accused of attempting to repair the damage to the vehicle in order to destroy evidence, according to an affidavit filed in Dayton Municipal Court.

He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1 million bail.
