Arizona couple charged with Jan. 6 riots after receiving FBI tips and search warrants

A couple from Phoenix is ​​accused of January 6 Capitol Insurrection in 2021as can be seen from Federal Court documents.

David and Kiera Pracht, originally from Illinoisare accused of entering and remaining in restricted buildings or grounds without lawful authority; intentionally obstructing or disrupting the orderly conduct of government business; intentionally and knowingly using abusive and/or threatening language; and engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct “at any place on the Capitol grounds or in any of the buildings with the intent to obstruct, disrupt, or interfere with the orderly conduct of any session of Congress or of either House of Congress or the orderly conduct of any business in such building…”

On January 6, Congress held a joint session to certify the election results. Today, the day is better known for the rioters' break-in at the United States Capitol.

“On or about January 11, 2021, a member of the public provided the FBI with an online tip that included a screenshot of a Facebook post. The informant added the following information: 'The screenshot is a post on Facebook from someone I know who was at the Capitol in protest and got inside. It comes directly from her Facebook and her husband Dave Prachet [sic] was with her.' Through checks in open source databases, I have confirmed that K. PRACHT is married to D. PRACHT,” the Federal Court document states.

Search warrants were issued for Facebook accounts, cell phone records and email addresses.

On January 5, the day before the riots, Kiera wrote on her Facebook profile: “DC… here we come!! #StopTheSteal #Trump2020 #4moreyears,” the court document states.

David can be seen in several photos from the day of the riots wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the words “Impeach the Big Guy.”
