Matt Gaetz attended a drug-related sex party with high school students: New court ruling

The documents report that the minor in question, who NOTUS says was “an eleventh-grade student at the time,” arrived at Dorworth's Florida home where the party was allegedly taking place. The three witnesses say Gaetz was at Dorworth's home that night.

“The findings to date in this case indicate that on Saturday, July 15, 2017, Dorworth hosted a party at his residence … with the following guests: (1) AB; ​​(2) KM; (3) BG; (4) Matt Gaetz,” the lawyers wrote.

An eyewitness identified as KM gave a sworn statement that the teenage girl, identified as AB, was naked and those in attendance were there to “conduct sexual activities.” The witness also said that “alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy… and marijuana” were present at the party.

The testimony marks the first mention in court documents of allegations regarding the Florida Republican's long-rumored attendance at such parties. Gaetz is already under investigation by the House Ethics Committee on allegations of sexual misconduct.

Former employee Joel Greenbergwho is serving an 11-year prison sentence for fraud and sex trafficking of a child, claimed in an unpublished letter that Gaetz would pay him to arrange sexual encounters with younger women, including a 17-year-old teenager.

Gaetz has denied allegations that he was involved in sex trafficking or had sex with minors. The Justice Department also investigated him but did not file charges.
