Jalissa Harding arrested in investigation into Paul Nolan's death – NBC Boston

A 25-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into the shooting death of a man in Somerville, Massachusetts in July.

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said Jalissa Harding of Burlington was taken into custody Thursday evening and is expected to be arraigned Friday in Somerville District Court on charges of aiding and abetting murder and embezzlement of evidence, nearly two months after the shooting death of 49-year-old Paul Nolan.

Paul Nolan, 49, was killed in a Somerville apartment. Friends say Nolan had recently been released from prison and was trying to get his life together. Follow NBC10 Boston:

On July 22, Somerville police responded to reports of a shooting on Dartmouth Street around 10:30 p.m. and found Nolan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The 49-year-old Somerville resident was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Friends told NBC10 Boston at the time that Nolan was a good guy who was trying to get his life together.

Further information was not immediately available on Friday, including whether Harding had hired a lawyer.
