MADISON (WKOW) — Vice President Kamala Harris will return to Wisconsin on Friday.

The Democratic presidential candidate will visit Madison for a rally on Friday evening.

This is Harris' eighth visit to Wisconsin this year and her fourth since launching her presidential campaign. It will be her first stop in Madison since she was elected the Democratic nominee.

Harris' campaign team is heavily based in Wisconsin, with hundreds of staffers and local campaigns, the Associated Press reports. Since Harris' debate with Trump on ABC News, supporters have knocked on more than 500,000 doors in the Badger State.
