Julie Tichon (full name: Julie Elizabeth Tichon) of West Lost Angeles High School is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor

WEST LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (20 September 2024) – A West Los Angeles school guidance counselor named Julie Tichon is accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage student.

Los Angeles County prosecutors believe the alleged act took place earlier this year. Julie Tichon is accused of three counts of sexual abuse of a minor three years younger than her.

She is also charged with a serious count of oral sex with a person under the age of 18. At the arraignment, the defendant pleaded not guilty.

Julie Tichon faces six years in prison if convicted. The Los Angeles Police Department believes there could be more victims.

The comprehensive investigation is currently still ongoing.
