Kittanning man convicted of fatal drug overdose

A Kittanning man faces up to 50 years in state prison on a charge of first-degree murder.

According to Attorney General Michelle Henry, 41-year-old Nathan Wolfe was convicted in July of giving 43-year-old Eric McMillen crack cocaine laced with fentanyl that killed him in 2020. The drugs were given to Wolfe so he could use McMillen's car. In addition to the above charge, he was also found guilty of drug trafficking resulting in death, aggravated assault, manslaughter and other crimes.

Wolfe also distributed the drugs to other people that day, resulting in at least two additional non-fatal overdoses.

Henry said in a statement that Wolfe “showed a complete disregard for human life when he gave the victim these drugs – which he knew contained fentanyl,” and said the case was a prime example of how drug trafficking can impact an entire community.
