CFB Week 4 – Tennessee-OU, Utah-Oklahoma State, USC-Michigan, tips, more

Act I of the 2024 college football season ends Saturday. Act II, the headlining portion, begins with Georgia-Alabama in Week 5 and countless big games after that. But for now, we're wrapping up the intelligence-gathering portion of the season. And there's still plenty of intelligence to gather.

On Saturday, we'll learn if Oklahoma is actually ready to compete with the SEC's elite when the Sooners make their official league debut against perhaps the best team in the country. We'll learn if Lincoln Riley's USC is actually ready to handle Big Burly Manball. We'll learn who should be the top seed in the Big 12. We'll learn if Clemson and/or Louisville are ready to be the ACC's runner-up. We'll learn if Notre Dame can avoid a 0-2 finish in MAC play.
