Army vs. Rice live stream, how to watch online, CBS Sports Network channel search, odds

CBS Sports Network's ongoing coverage of the 2024 college football season includes three Week 4 games, all included in a Saturday tripleheader. Two of the three military academies are in action, with Army taking on Rice at noon.

The Black Knights are currently tied with Navy atop the American Athletic Conference after picking up a win over FAU a few weeks ago. This will be the first conference game of the year for Rice, which went 1-2 in all-state non-conference play that also included Houston and Sam Houston.

Memphis then travels to Navy at 3:30 p.m. as the Tigers look to keep the momentum from their road win over Florida State. This will be Memphis' first big test in the AAC. Ryan Silverfield's squad is eyeing an appearance in the conference championship game for the first time in his tenure, but there's still a long way to go. That road starts with an undefeated Midshipmen team.

Finally, FAU travels to UConn. Both teams are still looking for their first win against an FBS opponent. UConn had a particularly difficult start to the year, as the Huskies faced two Power Four opponents in their first three games.

CBS Sports Network will be with you every step of the way as Week 4 games begin. In the meantime, you'll get TV coverage, storylines, betting odds and more on every game.

Army had last week off, meaning it has had a smaller schedule than most teams across the country so far. But that hasn't stopped the Black Knights from getting the job done. They won their first two games by an average of 26 points and have allowed just two offensive touchdowns in two games so far. Rice's season hasn't been great so far. The Owls' only win in three games came against FCS Texas Southern. Otherwise, they've scored a total of 21 points against FBS opponents.

Memphis in the Navy

Spread: Memphis -9.5 | Will the Tigers win? Find SportsLines predictions for Week 4 here

Memphis is one of the strongest teams in the country after its road win over Florida State. The Tigers have overcome arguably their biggest remaining hurdle and are now considered a serious contender for the College Football Playoff. But they certainly can't afford to overlook Navy. The Tigers beat the Midshipmen by just four points at home last season, and Navy is off to a good start with wins of over 20 points over Bucknell and Temple.

FAU at UConn

Date: Saturday, September 21st | Time: 7pm
Location: Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field – East Hartford, Connecticut
TV: CBS Sports Network [Channel finder]
Live stream: : CBSSports.com | Mobile: CBS Sports App (free)
Spread: UConn -2.5 | Will the Huskies win? Find SportsLines predictions for Week 4 here

UConn came painfully close to a big win last week when the Huskies lost 26-21 on the road to Duke. But Duke held UConn scoreless for nearly 12 minutes in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Still, it should give the Huskies some confidence as they look ahead to an easier game against FAU. The Owls had a close encounter of their own with a power conference team in Week 1, losing narrowly 16-10 to Michigan State.
