Game thread and pre-game reading: Kentucky vs. Ohio

Good morning BBN, it's game day!

The Kentucky Wildcats will play the Ohio Bobcats at 12:45 p.m. EST at Kroger Field in Lexington, Kentucky. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network or streamed live on ESPN+.

This is the Cats' fourth consecutive home game, and the season so far hasn't gone quite as everyone had hoped.

After the devastating loss to South Carolina, Kentucky came back and played arguably its best game under Mark Stoops.

However, due to some questionable decisions at crucial moments, the Cats failed to pull off the big surprise.

A major positive aspect was that the defense finally looked the way everyone expected: dominant.

If the offense could score a touchdown or two, things could change for the better. We'll see what they can do today.
