6ix9ine is accused of revenge porn and assault in his ex-girlfriend's lawsuit

According to documents provided by XXL on Saturday (September 21), Yailin La Más Viral, born Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Florida on Thursday (September 19), accusing her ex-boyfriend 6ix9ine of a long history of physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse. In addition, the social media personality turned rapper claimed that 6ix9ine allegedly reposted “revenge porn” via X/Twitter and other digital platforms to humiliate and threaten her.

Yailin stated in her lawsuit that she ended her relationship with 6ix9ine in August 2024 after she discovered that the Brooklyn rhymer had been stealing her money to fund his lavish lifestyle. Yailin also detailed several instances of alleged abuse by 6ix9ine. In December 2023, Yailin claimed that 6ix9ine attacked her at a Miami nightclub. After the alleged attack, Yailin claimed that 6ix9ine held her hostage at his Florida home, hid her passport, and did not give her access to her phone or money.

Yailin also claimed in her lawsuit that after their breakup, the rapper “FeFe” repeatedly posted sexually explicit photos and videos of her online on various social media platforms, including X, formerly known as Twitter, without her consent. Although the posts have since been removed, they still caused her emotional distress.

Yailin is seeking one million dollars in damages and a court order (restraining order) prohibiting 6ix9ine from publishing any intimate material about her.

In a statement to TMZ, 6ix9ine denied the allegations in Yailin's lawsuit. “All the jewelry is mine, the car she drives in I bought,” he reportedly said. “The Penthouse shoe [sic] arrived in the Dominican Republic, I bought. I took care of her family, her daughter – when I met her she had a two-month-old baby – I put diapers and food on the table for her.”
