Man Utd vs Crystal Palace player ratings: Andre Onana is superhuman! Goalkeeper made two saves to secure a point, Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes miss

Onana made a spectacular double save to keep United level, but both Garnacho and Fernandes wasted their best chances at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace's impressive defensive display disappointed Manchester United on Saturday as they were held to a 0-0 draw at Selhust Park. Thanks to the heroics of goalkeeper Andre Onana, United left the game with a point rather than a bitter defeat.

United started the game with dominance and Alejandro Garnacho wasted two great chances, the second of which hit the bar from inside the box. Bruno Fernandes' follow-up shot also hit the woodwork, while Dean Henderson also saved close-range shots from Joshua Zirkzee and Matthijs De Ligt in a one-sided first half.

Erik ten Hag's team were just as dominant in the second half – albeit without any penetration – until Onana had to make an astonishing double save, first to block a shot from Eddie Nketiah and then the follow-up shot from Ismaila Sarr.

This save proved crucial for United and secured them the point as they simply couldn't find a way through at the other end and had to settle for a draw.
