West Virginia vs. Kansas canceled due to bad weather

The Kansas Jayhawks lead the West Virginia Mountaineers 21-17, but the game was suspended due to bad weather. With 10:43 minutes left in the fourth quarter, the referees stopped play at Milan Puskar Stadium in Morgantown, West Virginia, as severe thunderstorms were moving into the area.

Kansas had the game under control and was able to build a four-point lead thanks to strong plays from both sides. However, for safety reasons, officials cleared the field and sent both teams to the locker rooms while fans were instructed to seek shelter.

The exact timing of resumption is still uncertain as weather conditions continue to be monitored. Kansas will hope to seal its victory while West Virginia will look to mount a late comeback if and when play resumes.
