The Sooners remain undefeated despite some relatively close games over the past two weeks. After beating Houston 16-12 in Week 2, Oklahoma trailed Tulane by just five points with seven minutes left before pulling away shortly after to beat the Green Wave 34-19. Sophomore quarterback Jackson Arnold ran for 97 yards and scored two touchdowns in the win. The second touchdown came on a 24-yard run that extended the Sooners' lead from five to 12 points with six minutes left.
