College football scores, schedule, NCAA top 25 rankings, games: Miami vs. South Florida, Texas A&M in action

Week 4 of the college football season features a number of matchups with conference and national implications, including three games featuring highly ranked opponents, two of which are between teams ranked in the top 15 in the latest AP poll.

First, however, NC State travels to No. 21 Clemson at noon as the Wolfpack looks to redeem a lackluster season so far and start ACC play with a bang. The Tigers, meanwhile, are coming off a break from play and are looking to build on their stunning Sept. 7 win over Appalachian State.

At 3:30 p.m. live on CBS, No. 11 USC makes its Big Ten debut against No. 18 Michigan. The Wolverines have already lost one top-25 home game this season, and the Trojans look to be another big challenge after a 2-0 start to the year.

Shortly after kickoff of this game, Utah (No. 12) will play its first Big 12 game in program history at Oklahoma State (No. 14). The health of quarterback Cameron Rising, who missed a Week 3 win over Utah State with a finger injury, is notable.

In prime time, No. 6 Tennessee and coach Josh Heupel return to Norman to face No. 15 Oklahoma. As always in Week 4, this will be the first SEC game for the Sooners.

CBS Sports will be with you every step of the way throughout the evening, keeping you up to date with the latest scores, highlights and storylines. All times Eastern
