Sean “Diddy” Combs, long considered a music mogul and cultural icon, was charged with sex trafficking and organized crime, revealing decades of alleged abuse.

Prosecutors accuse Combs of abusing his power and influence to exploit others, including through sexual assault and violence.

Combs was arrested on Monday after numerous complaints of sexual assault and other serious crimes surfaced against him in recent months.

He pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail because prosecutors say he is a flight risk and a danger to the community. Combs was also placed on suicide watch.
