The rousing call of Colorado’s Hail Mary was perfect: “Just like 1994!”

What a Saturday night for Colorado.

The Buffaloes were trailing Baylor by seven points with two seconds left on the clock. Shedeur Sanders took the ball, ran left and threw it into the end zone… and there was LaJohntay Wester, sliding in and scoring the touchdown.

Colorado eventually won thanks to a fumble forced at the goal line by do-it-all Travis Hunter in overtime, but let's focus on the Hail Mary, which looked very familiar. And when Connor Onion got on the line, he realized it was like Kordell Stewart's Hail Mary that beat Michigan in 1994.
