Rochester woman arrested for violating court order

According to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, a 42-year-old Rochester woman was arrested on September 18 after failing to comply with a court order.

Damaris Alicea-Carmonawho is reported homeless, was taken into custody at 1425 Portland Avenue at 4:06 p.m. The warrant was issued after Alicea-Carmona failed to comply with an unspecified court order.

She was remanded to the Ontario District Jail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
