New report: Sex investigation MP offered stripper $5,000 for sex and banned her from strip clubs

A Democratic congressman in Kentucky offered a stripper $5,000 for sex – and was later thrown out of the club for groping another dancer, according to a damning new report.

House Representative Daniel Grossberg, who has already been in trouble for allegations of sexually assaulting several young women, is now accused of misbehaving at a Louisville strip club called Foxy, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported.

“He was calling the girls all kinds of names,” club co-owner Milford Renfrow told the outlet. “He was disrespecting the girls and was chatting them up.”

Grossberg, a Democrat and married 45-year-old, was a regular at the club.

“You don't know who I am,” the allegedly drunk deputy told Foxy's manager as he was being kicked out, warning staff that he “could shut this place down.”

“I don't care if you're Donald Trump,” the manager is said to have shot back, according to the Herald-Leader. “I don't care who you are. You can't treat girls like that.”

When asked about the allegations, Grossberg called them “absurd.”

“The allegations become more absurd with each story, but they will not stop me from continuing to work tirelessly for my constituents,” he said in a statement last week.

“Like many people my age, I have been to adult clubs, including Foxy's (sic),” he said. “I have never solicited anyone for prostitution, nor have I used my office to gain advantages,”

Grossberg is being investigated for inappropriate conduct, including allegations that he questioned a young assistant about her body, her sexual past and her sexual preferences while drunk.

The allegations prompted Kentucky Democrats to expel him from their caucus and led fellow Democrat Governor Andy Beshear to call for the controversial politician's resignation, WDKY-TV reported.
