Search for teenager accused of murder ended

UPDATE: The Laurens County Sheriff's Office announced Sunday afternoon that 17-year-old Kamarius Lee Cunningham is in custody. (Previous story below) The Laurens County Coroner has released the name of a man who was shot Thursday afternoon as the search continues for the suspect in the case. Nigel Malik Smith, 23, was shot on Georgia Acres Road in Gray Court, the coroner's office said Friday. Officials said 17-year-old Kamarius Lee Cunningham is wanted for murder in the case.
