Man dies in motorcycle accident in Le Flore County over the weekend

One person died in a motorcycle crash in Le Flore County on Saturday evening. It occurred northeast of the town of Wister. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the 53-year-old driver of the motorcycle hit a sewer line and then ended up in a ditch. One person was killed in a motorcycle accident in Le Flore County on Saturday evening.

It happened northeast of the town of Wister.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 53-year-old motorcyclist crashed into a sewer pipe and then landed in a ditch.

According to authorities, the driver died at the scene of the accident and was the only one on the motorcycle.

Investigators are currently looking into why exactly the crash occurred.
