Like every week, Week 3 of the NFL saw plenty of injuries across the league. From the Eagles dealing with concussions among their star players to the Chargers' Justin Herbert leaving the game against the Steelers, many teams are dealing with injuries they will need to address in the coming week and beyond.

Here's a recap of everything we know so far about the 4 p.m. ET games:

QB

  • Justin Herbert (ankle): Herbert was originally questionable for Sunday's start due to an ankle injury, and he appeared to suffer an ankle injury in the third quarter against the Steelers (he later confirmed this). Taylor Heinicke replaced him at center.

WR

  • DeVonta Smith (concussion): The Eagles' new No. 1 WR took a hard hit in the second half, knocking his helmet off, and was ruled out with a concussion.

  • Van Jefferson (eye): Steelers pass catcher Van Jefferson has suffered an eye injury.

TE

  • Sam LaPorta (ankle): The Lions star suffered a sprained ankle, according to ESPN. He will undergo further tests to determine the severity of the injury.

OIL

  • Lane Johnson (concussion): The Eagles' right tackle lost his lunch on the sidelines in the first half against the Saints and was ejected from the field shortly after with a concussion.
  • Mekhi Becton (Fingers): Another Eagles starter on the offensive line was injured in the first half.

  • Joey Bosa (hip): The Chargers' star defensive end left the field without sneakers after a snap against the Steelers and was ejected.
  • Alex Highsmith (groin): Highsmith will not return to play Sunday because of a groin injury, opening the door for Nick Herbig on the sidelines.

CB

  • Adoree' Jackson (calf): The Giants cornerback did not play in the second half of the game against Cleveland.
  • Cory Trice Jr. (thigh): Steelers corner Cory Trice did not return to Sunday's game against the Chargers due to a hamstring injury.
  • Terell Smith (hip): Due to a hip injury, the return of the Bears defensive back was initially considered questionable, but this was later ruled out.
