Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Farrell receives medical treatment after dramatic brawl on stage

Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Farrell is seeking medical attention after an onstage argument with guitarist Dave Navarro led to the legendary 1990s alternative rockers cancelling the remaining dates of their reunion tour. Perry's wife, Etty Lau Farrell, said the singer has now scheduled appointments with an ENT doctor and a neurologist to discuss the medical issues that ultimately led to his onstage collapse. “He will recover. He will be happy again. He will be able to share his music, his vision and his artistry again – unbridled,” Lau wrote in a post on Instagram. His wife had previously explained that Farrell suffered “tinnitus and a sore throat every night” during the band's reunion tour and became frustrated when the volume of the band onstage drowned out his voice. Farrell has since apologised for the outburst. diversity reported and stated: “Unfortunately, my breach resulted in inexcusable behavior and I take full responsibility for how I handled the situation.”
