Man arrested on Ontario County and Canandaigua warrants – Finger Lakes Daily News

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of a 23-year-old man on two outstanding warrants.

The arrest warrants for Kyle Carey were issued by the Ontario District Court and the Town of Canandaigua Court for allegedly failing to appear in court on charges of petty theft and burglary.

Carey was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail for remand.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
