Two arrests after Oklahoma City shooting sparks family dispute

On September 20, two people were arrested after a family dispute led to a shooting on North Woodward Avenue in Oklahoma City.

An Oklahoma City Police Department officer responded to a call of a shooting at 6:56 p.m.

Upon arrival, the officer took the shooter, identified as Kriston Bogle, into custody and ordered everyone to exit the home.

According to the police report, the officer asked where the gun was and a female victim showed him where it was and allowed him to take it.

The officer then spoke to a second person, Micah Bogle, who was later arrested.

Micah told the officer she had been given permission to visit her daughter. She said a verbal argument led to her being physically attacked.

After speaking with Micah, the officer was shown surveillance video of the incident. He said the video showed Micah approaching the house.

The officer reported that it was difficult to tell if there was an altercation on the porch, but that Micah could be seen leaving the porch and walking into the street.

According to the officer, the woman walked into the street and appeared to speak to Micah. Micah then began hitting the victim in the head.

Two other people are said to have intervened and tried to separate the two.

While the argument was going on, Kriston reportedly went into the house to get a gun and came back out as a male victim was trying to get into his car.

The officer said Kriston shot the victim, hitting him in the leg and arm.

The male victim got into the vehicle and left the area.

According to the officer, the firearm used in the incident was being sought by the CIU. It turned out that the weapon had been stolen in Norman.

At the scene, the female victim told the officer that Micah often behaved in the same manner and that she wanted to file a misdemeanor charge.

Micah was arrested.

During her arrest, Micah reportedly told the officer that she needed to go to the hospital.

The officer said he took Micah to the hospital where she was medically evaluated. He then took her to the Oklahoma County Detention Center where she was held forserious bodily harm.

Kriston was arrested for possession of stolen property and assault with a deadly weapon.

He was taken to the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
