Jury selection continues for man accused of fatal shooting of Applebee

Potential jurors filled out questionnaires Monday in the trial of a Cathedral City man suspected of being involved in a brawl that led to a fatal shooting at an Applebee's Grill & Bar.

Willie R. Bustamante, 34, is charged with murder, according to court records, and is accused of discharging a firearm with serious bodily injury, which could lead to an enhanced sentence.

According to Thalia Hayden of the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, potential jurors were ordered to return Wednesday to continue jury selection.
