“I don’t support Harris”: TikToker hits back at Oprah and Kamala Harris for unauthorized use of her video in interview

A TikTok creator has reiterated her opposition to Vice President Kamala Harris's presidential candidacy for the upcoming November election. The person behind the profile, Blaire_Allison, did not let the unauthorized use of her video in Oprah Winfrey's town hall interview with the Democratic presidential candidate last week go unchallenged.

TikTok creator Blaire Allison's video on the cost of living, posted in November, was shown without her permission at the Unite for America Rally-style interview event where Oprah Winfrey interacted with Kamala Harris.

On Saturday, the woman again used her TikTok account to share a new video mocking Winfrey and Harris for showing her video without their permission. “So I got my four seconds of fame on the Oprah Winfrey Show and had her be my guest of all people, let me show you who it was,” the TikToker said.

In the interview with Kamala Harris that aired Thursday night, several people talked about the cost of living and how it weighs on the average American. “I don't know how people can afford to live right now,” the TikTok creator said in the clip, which was shown in the style of the town hall interview.

TikTok creator insists he won't vote for Kamala Harris and challenges Oprah Winfrey

In her new video, Allison vowed not to vote for Harris in November, but she did so while mocking the vice president and impersonating her. “To my fellow Americans, let me make one thing very clear, OK? I am not endorsing Harris for president.”

“OK? I don't want to be relieved of the burden of those who have been in the White House for the last three and a half years. OK? As I stand here on this stage today, today, the day after yesterday, I just want to say to you that my position and my position today is that I do not support Harris for president.”

In a follow-up post on the SNS platform, she called out Oprah's team for the unauthorized use of her video – which was originally posted in November. She said she had “no idea the clip would be shared while she was interviewing Kamala Harris.”

The content creator stood firm and continued: “I have made it very clear that I do not support Kamala Harris at all.”

On Sunday, Allison also shared her statement with Fox News Digital, reiterating her position as a self-proclaimed “very patriotic American.”

“I don't believe Harris puts Americans first, nor has she presented a plan to improve the lives of Americans,” she added, reiterating that she would not vote for Harris in the November election.

Allusion continued, “I was disappointed that a talk show as well-known as Oprah Winfrey didn't even inform me that they were using my clip. So I didn't have time to watch the footage until people in my community notified me.”

“I wish there were rules that required national television shows to get permission before using a creator's content. At the very least, they should notify the creator before airing it on national television,” Blaire Allision said in her TikTok post on Saturday, confirming that The Oprah Winfrey Show did not ask for permission to use her TikTok clip.

Reactions to the TikTok creator's response to the unauthorized use of her clip during the recent interaction between Kamala Harris and Oprah Winfrey

Social media users started a meme train on X/Twitter to react to the latest developments following Harris' speech at the Unite for America Rally on Thursday. Viewers had previously called the Democratic politician's interaction with Oprah “incredibly awkward.”

Kyle Becker, a former writer and associate producer of a Fox News primetime show, wrote on X: “EPIC. Woman on Oprah special brutally attacks Kamala.”

Several others liked Allison's impersonation of Harris and praised her. “She's got it!” one commented. A second user wrote, “I love how everyone is criticizing her annoying way of speaking. Kamala Harris is a dumpster fire on the deck of the Titanic.”

Meanwhile, a third person poked fun at Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz's recent faux pas in Pennsylvania, prompting conservatives to joke that he was accidentally “campaigning” for Donald Trump. “I don't just like this post, I LOVE this post. lol… Oprah should be ashamed of herself. Maybe we can add the clip of Tampon Tim (accidentally) telling his audience that we can't afford another 4 years of this haha… perfect.”
