This was reported to Prairie Grove Police by the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Unit. Prairie Grove Police interviewed the girl on September 6.

The victim was 12 at the time of the alleged rape and said she met Ortiz-Gonzalez online, the report said. She said she left a relative's house in Prairie Grove at midnight, met the suspect at an unknown location and the suspect then drove her to the lookout point near Collins Drive.
