Two men charged with causing a public nuisance in Campbell

16 September

Petit Larceny: 400 block of Harrison Avenue. A man entered the victim's property and stole an item without permission. A glass pipe with a bulbous bottom and dry residue was found on him.

SHOPLIFTING: 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A woman and man were stopped after leaving a store without paying. They had other stolen goods in their possession and the man had burglary tools.

Assault, hit and run, driving under the influence: 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue. A man struck the victim with the palm of his hand, then drove his vehicle and collided with a concrete pillar in the parking garage before leaving the scene. He was stopped a short distance away, charged with driving under the influence, and arrested.

GRAND THEFT: 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue. Two subjects broke into a locked liquor room and stole two shopping carts filled with approximately $3,000 worth of liquor.

17 September

VEHICLE THEFT: 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue. A black 2017 Hyundai Sonata was stolen.

THEFT, VANDALISM: 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue. A woman damaged a store's safe and stole approximately $2,200 in cash.

VEHICLE THEFT: South Winchester Boulevard. A woman stole keys and then a vehicle. She abandoned the vehicle and was found shortly thereafter. During a search of her property during her arrest, paraphernalia was found in her belongings.

Exhibitionism: 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue. A man was masturbating in public across the street from a school where about 30 children were present.

SALES OF COUNTERFEIT BILLS: 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A man paid with counterfeit money and left the store with the merchandise. He had more counterfeit money in his wallet and was on probation for the same offense.

Vandalism, display of deadly weapons, assault: East Hamilton and South Bascom Avenues. During a road rage incident, a man traveling with his 12-year-old child struck two victims with objects he threw at them and brandished a knife. He also kicked the door of one victim's vehicle, causing damage. A search of the suspect and his vehicle found illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia within reach of his child.

18 September

BURGLARY: Ridgeley Drive and South Bascom Avenue. Some thieves smashed the passenger rear window of a white Ford F150 and stole about $7,000 worth of tools.

ASSAULT: South Bascom Avenue and Ridgeley Drive. After a verbal argument, a subject followed the victim in his vehicle and threw objects at the victim, but missed.

VEHICLE THEFT: South Winchester Boulevard and West Sunnyoaks Avenue. A man was contacted next to a white 2020 Chevrolet Camaro that was reported stolen in San Jose. The license plates were also reported stolen. A witness provided a statement, text messages, and video of the man driving the Camaro. He was in possession of a generic key fob for the Camaro, drug paraphernalia, and suspected methamphetamine.

19 September

PETTY THEFT: 200 block of Union Avenue. Someone stole the front and rear license plates of a beige Honda CRV and replaced them with different plates.

SHOPLIFTING: 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Two women stole approximately $500 worth of clothing and jewelry and were arrested after leaving the store. One woman gave a false name to conceal several outstanding warrants. The other was in possession of methamphetamine.

20 September

VEHICLE THEFT: West Latimer Avenue and Superior Drive. A green 1997 Jeep Cherokee was stolen.

Exhibitionism: 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A male was observed masturbating. He was contacted and admitted to it.

21 September

SALE OF COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE: 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Two females were selling what they knew to be counterfeit Apple Airpod Pros and Apple iWatch Ultras.

DEADLY WEAPON DISPLAY, BODILY INJURY: 200 block of Wilton Drive. Three victims were working in an apartment when a man entered and caused a disturbance. He grabbed a baseball bat in a threatening manner and shoved all three victims. All three victims wanted him arrested.
