Houston criminal defense attorney arrested again, charged with child pornography

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff's Office has announced that new charges will be filed against a previously arrested criminal defense attorney.

Jason Johnson was arrested last month for allegedly delivering synthetic marijuana to a client in prison.

However, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced on Tuesday that Johnson would now be charged with eight counts of possession of child pornography as part of a further investigation.
