A Kaukauna woman faces prison time for a fatal car crash in Calumet County.

Court records show that Bridget Miller will serve a 20-year prison sentence. She is charged with intoxicated manslaughter and two counts of bodily harm.

Three other charges were dropped but entered into the record. Miller will also spend approximately 20 years on extended probation and receive any evaluations and counseling recommended by the Wisconsin DOC.

She must also pay $300,000 in damages.

In March of last year, Miller was arrested following an accident on Oneida Street in the village of Harrison.

A 19-year-old man from Grand Chute died when Miller's truck crossed into the oncoming lane and struck a sedan.

Two passengers were also injured in the accident and taken to hospital.

According to a criminal complaint, a preliminary breathalyzer test showed that her blood alcohol level was 0.193 per mille, more than twice the legal limit.
