Exhibitionist arrested after tip-off from community

JACKSON, Wyoming – The Jackson Police Department (JPD) announced the arrest of a man accused of exposing himself to women in the community four times last week.

“Last night a tip was received from the Jackson community which led to the positive identification of this individual and ultimately his arrest,” JPD Lt. Russ Ruschill wrote in an email to the media.

Ruschill did not provide any further details about the man's identity. The original report described a man who was 5'5″ tall with black hair and weighed about 120 pounds. He was wanted for questioning on charges of stalking and causing a public nuisance.

In JPD's request for help in identifying the man, the department noted that informants with helpful information could be eligible for a reward from Crimestoppers. Ruschill said Buckrail by email recommending a reward for the person who provided the information that led to the arrest. Crimestoppers will then make a decision.
