Bail set for teens accused of weekend shooting in Silverhill

BALDWIN COUNTY, Alabama (WALA) – Bail was set at $175,000 each Wednesday for four teenagers charged with attempted murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle following a weekend shooting in Silverhill.

Cameron Lucas, 18, of Robertsdale, and three other male juvenile suspects are facing adult charges in connection with the Saturday morning shooting.

Prosecutors said the two 18-year-olds and two 17-year-olds got into an argument with the 16-year-old victim at the Baldwin County Fair that continued at a nearby gas station and eventually ended on West Boulevard, where officials said the suspects opened fire on the victim's car as it was driving.

The victim was shot in the arm.

Authorities found 19 cartridge cases at the crime scene.

Investigators said they seized three weapons.

FOX10 News was told surveillance video helped identify the suspects.
