Webster man arrested on Seneca Municipal Court warrant – Finger Lakes Daily News

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of a 40-year-old man from Webster.

Erick Arroyo-Cruz turned himself in on an arrest warrant issued by the Seneca Municipal Court for allegedly failing to appear on a vehicle and traffic offense.

Arroyo-Cruz was taken into custody without incident and the detention cell was transferred to the Ontario County Jail, where he will face trial and face charges for the crimes he is accused of.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
