Diddy's comments on the incident when he and 50 Cent almost got into a fight made the ugly fight even worse

Since his rise in hip-hop, 50 Cent has been relentless in his jabs at P. Diddy, and his dislike for the controversial music mogul can be traced back to one incident. While the Many Men rapper clarified that he and Diddy were never friends, he did have a working relationship with the rapper, having helped ghostwrite some of Diddy's hits as a young artist.

However, things went downhill after the “Coming Home” rapper invited the pimp artist out shopping, which caused offense as Cent recalled not feeling comfortable around Diddy from that point on.
