Man arrested after police close road – ButlerRadio.com

A Pine Township man is in custody following a standoff with police yesterday that closed several roads in southern Butler County.

According to police, 28-year-old James Bernard Lee-Livingston had been on the run since December 2023, when a warrant was issued for his arrest.

It started yesterday afternoon when Lee-Livingston was involved in a domestic dispute, according to police. However, at the end of the dispute, he managed to elude police and remained at large throughout the day.

Later that evening, police set up surveillance at the same house. Lee-Livingston returned and then called an Uber.

When he got into the car, police stopped the vehicle. Lee-Livingston then got out and tried to flee. However, he was soon caught by police and taken to the Allegheny County Jail.

Due to police operations, Mars-Valencia Road, Three Degree Road and Babcock Boulevard were closed.
