Julie Chrisley was sentenced to seven years in federal prison. It was tax evasion and fraud. However, they did not find enough evidence to sustain the charges. So there was a resentencing hearing. Julie took the time to apologize to the court and her children. Savannah and Chase Chrisley attended the hearing in person. However, in the end, Julie had to spend the same amount of time in prison. She has already served 20 months. That means she has about five years left in prison. Julie burst into tears in the courtroom.
