Britain's Ryan, the WBO welterweight world champion, fights Mayer live at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York Sky Sports from 2 a.m. on Saturday morning.

The two fighters had a bitter falling out when Ryan began working with Mayer's training team, prompting the American to leave the gym and work with a new trainer.
