Disneyland mom Jessenia Diaz, seen in viral TikTok being arrested alongside sobbing children, breaks silence

The California mother who was dragged away in handcuffs at Disneyland as her sobbing children clung to her claims the response to the incident is “full of lies” after she was accused of trying to get her daughters into the park without paying to smuggle.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, is now promising to share her side of the story and has reportedly threatened to sue the iconic theme park, according to KTLA.

The mother, a resident of Torrance in southwest L.A. County, posted a 10-second video from her perspective while surrounded by park rangers on her TikTok @Diaz.v8 after gaining national attention this week.

Diaz wrote in the video's caption that it sucked: “Social media is full of lies and hate.”

“I will post the truth, I recorded the reason why everything posted is full of lies,” she replied to a commenter on the post, asking for her side of the story.

In another video posted to her TikTok in July, showing her two young daughters on a carousel ride, Diaz identifies herself as “#singlemom” and writes in the caption, “Worst way to end the month, thankfully.” “My daughters are safe.” I would die if anything ever happened to them.”

The mother also responded to users of the video who asked about the Disneyland incident, writing that she would “do a story time later.”

However, the mother did not post a video detailing what happened until Thursday evening.

Others concerned about their children's welfare asked if they were OK after watching their mother being escorted from the amusement park in handcuffs.

“Yes. Thanks for asking,” she replied.

“Thank you for taking care of my daughters.”

Diaz went viral on Wednesday after videos showed her being surrounded by Disney security guards and being led out of the park in handcuffs by Anaheim police officers.

The California mother's two little girls were seen clinging to her, screaming their eyes out and shouting “Help!” in Spanish as she was taken away while an officer pushed a stroller side by side during the incident.

In another video, the mother can be seen screaming: “You're really hurting me!” as she was taken away.

A public affairs spokesperson for the Disneyland Resort told The Post: “The woman in the video attempted to take her children to the park without paying for tickets, which she has done before.”

“She was uncooperative with our security teams and the APD became involved.”

Diaz is accused of trying to pass off the children as 2-year-olds so they could enter the park without purchasing a ticket, Anaheim police told TMZ.

Police said she was arrested for trespassing but was later released on a citation.

Anaheim police also told the outlet that Diaz is suspected of attempting to smuggle her children into Disneyland in the past.

Per Disneyland Resorts Park admission policy, children under 3 do not require a theme park ticket for Disneyland or Adventure Park.

Children meeting this requirement must be accompanied by a guest who has a ticket and reservation for the park.
