Bath man charged with traffic violations – Finger Lakes Daily News

Police arrested a Bath man after a traffic stop on Lake Street in the Village of Penn Yan.

Village police discovered that Charles McCormick was allegedly driving an uninspected car with a revoked license.

The 33-year-old was charged with serious unlawful acts and driving an uncontrolled motor vehicle. He will answer the charge at a later date in Penn Yan Village Court

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
