Two people charged with murder, dismemberment and burning human corpses in Yonkers

BRONX, NY – Two people have been charged with murder and related charges in the killing and dismemberment of a man whose torso was transported to Yonkers on a Metro North train and set on fire, according to the Bronx District Attorney's Office.

Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced the charges Thursday, saying Muhammad Aadil, 40, and Ronei Harris, 18, are accused of murdering Lutalo Henderson, 46, after an argument in late July. “The defendants allegedly killed and mutilated a man and then took some remains in a shopping cart onto a Metro North train to Yonkers, where they burned the shopping cart. This was a brutal disregard for a human being,” Clark said.

Aadil, of Gerard Avenue, was charged as of Sept. 23, 2024, with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and other charges including possession of a firearm and controlled substances. He is being held without bail and is expected to return to court on December 19. Harris, of Kelly Street, will be arraigned at a later date.
